I am thrilled to join Ascent Employment Law as Of Counsel, specializing in employment litigation defense and advice and counsel. I was first drawn to employment law because of the ability to impact the workforce in a positive way. There is no better avenue to achieve this goal than as a management-side employment attorney on the forefront of an ever-changing employment law landscape, as I routinely guide my clients to proactively navigate the complexities of multi-jurisdictional compliance.

As an attorney licensed in Colorado and California, I partner with my clients to achieve business-practical and legally compliant solutions. To that end, I devote a significant portion of my practice to all aspects of employment advice and counseling, including compliance with state and local employment laws governing pay, leaves of absence, anti-discrimination, background checks, and accommodations.  In addition, I have conducted employment due diligence reviews in corporate mergers and acquisitions and represented federal contractors in government audits.
