As a litigator serving clients in complex civil litigation for more than two decades and a part-time judge, I’ve learned that effective representation requires careful preparation and a mindful approach to clients and tribunals. Having first-chaired and presided over eighty trials, I understand the strain litigation places on clients and the court system. In the process of advocating for my clients, my goal is to be helpful and simplify the issues for judges and other decision-makers. I believe this approach is fundamental to creating a relationship of trust and winning outcomes.
