Torsten Hillhouse

I’ve been a professional actor for almost 30 years. For the last decade, I have partnered with a wide variety of businesses providing leadership communication and coaching for managers, senior executives, attorneys, and physicians.

My mission is to significantly increase the ability of leaders within organizations to influence, connect, and grow through a transformative immersion into improvisational-based exercises that help activate authenticity, curiosity, persuasion, engagement, connection, and empathy; while simultaneously boosting confidence and ease in communication.

When not acting or coaching, I love to travel and explore. I’m currently based in NYC, but will always think of my native state of Colorado as home. I’m also currently editing my first novel: an interactive epistolary journey.

I am pleased to partner with Ascent Employment Law to provide interactive training programs that are designed to help Ascent’s clients effectively address the myriad of employment law issues that arise on a daily basis. Together we will tackle these challenges in new and exciting ways.
